Terms of Service

Terms of Service of Commissioning Forci for Digital ArtBy commissioning me, you hereby accept these terms of service:1. The process of commissioning
a) When commissioning me, it is your responsibility to provide all relevant information about your character, the type of commission, and any other details related to the drawing.
b) After our initial discussion about the commission, I will inform you of the estimated price and confirm what you, as the client, would like to receive. If you agree to the written description of the idea, I will provide the final price. Once payment is received, you acknowledge that changes to the drawing will be limited and may not be possible.
c) The character(s) you provide must either belong to you or you must have permission to use them.
d) Clients have the right to request refunds. For more information, see Section 4.2. Work-In-Progress Updates
My goal is to deliver the best possible piece based on the description you provide. To ensure this, I will send updates at each stage of the drawing process, including:Sketch(es): If necessary, multiple sketches may be provided. At this stage, you may request changes to the drawing itself, but not to the commission type.

ShadingPlease note that after the sketch phase, requested changes may be limited, and I may deny certain revisions.
3. Rights to the Artworka) As the artist, I, Forci, retain full ownership of the artwork. Therefore, you are not allowed to reproduce, resell, or use the piece for commercial purposes.
b) You may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes.
c) If you want to use the piece for commercial purposes it should be discussed before the piece is worked on and there will be an additional fee added.4. Refund Policy
a) If the artwork has not been started or is still in the sketch phase, a full refund is available. After the sketch phase, a fee will be deducted based on the work already completed.
b) Once the artwork is fully completed, refunds are not negotiable. If a chargeback is issued, the client will be blacklisted.
c) If I choose to cancel the commission, you are entitled to a full refund.
